A Declaration of Free Will and Liberty: A Call to South Dakotans

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, among them the sacred Liberty to possess their own hearth and the Free Will to govern their own destinies. Yet, behold the plight of the honest South Dakotan: a family purchases a home, a yard blooms with their labor, a puppy plays in joyous innocence—but lo, they remain bound, year upon year, to render tribute to the government, as if tenants upon their own soil. This is not Freedom, but a yoke of taxation, a system devised to ensnare families in perpetual bondage, never to know the true fruits of their toil. And wherefore does this injustice persist, unquestioned by the many? The time is come to ask—and to act.
We, the advocates of liberty at SealSD, have forged a path to unshackle our brethren from this tyranny. Our labor transcends a mere proposal; it is an epic collection of knowledge—explainer videos, podcasts, data unassailable, and stories of real South Dakotans—more comprehensive than any endeavor yet seen in these lands. Through the Freedom Funding Model, we propose a 5% Business Contribution, a just system that lifts the burden of property taxes, saving $1.6 billion for our people, while raising $3.6 billion to sustain our schools, roads, and guardians of peace. No longer shall families pay rent to the state for what is rightfully theirs; no longer shall the specter of government overreach haunt their hearths.
We have done the work. We have crafted the plan. But the sacred mantle of Free Will now rests upon you, the People of South Dakota. The future—your future—is yours to define. Will you seize this moment to cast off the chains of an unjust tax system? Will you join us in signing the petition, in raising your voice, to ensure that come November 2026, Liberty shall prevail? The choice is yours, as is the power to shape a tomorrow where every South Dakotan stands free, unburdened, and empowered to pursue happiness as Nature and Nature’s God intended. Let us unite, for in unity we shall find our strength, and in Liberty, our eternal hope.
